Panel Description: This is a horizontal panel with a blue background and centred is a large rainbow beginning on the middle left and ending towards the bottom right of the panel. When this rainbow ends on the bottom, right it covered by white fluffy clouds. As well, there is a small Canadian flag located above the right hand side of the rainbow. Also in the middle, beneath the large image, is the name “Toots” in big, yellow, bubbly script and a Fleur de Lis in the second “O”. The left side of this panel contains hearts of varying colours and sizes, which lead into part of the rainbow. The hearts are yellow, green, blue, purple, red and orange and the four in the rainbow match the colour of the blue background.
